This application is for effective tracking for raise queries across the group and capable of managing multiple types of graveness with unique sets of rights determining the functionality.
Raised queries show my request panel and automatically assign request show on my task panel. The listings get track conversation and update the queries status. System also has facility to provide response against the queries on any listing.
